Doctor Khemani is an excellent doctor and I would recommend him to anyone.

I visited Mr Khemani with my 10 year old son who has has long term ear problems. I like the way he really listened and involved my son, taking time to explain so that we could both understand and used diagrams to show what was happening and why. I didn’t feel rushed and I felt my son had thorough checks to rule out other causes. All options were discussed in detail with clear explanations, so we left feeling satisfied that we have found out what the issues are and how we will proceed. My son really liked him, and wasn’t nervous about seeing him again, he said he was the only doctor who “actually remembered me” Very happy and can’t make any suggestions for improvements, except maybe to ask if all children can have a local cream anaesthetic before a blood test.

Mr Khemani makes you instantly feel at ease. He listened to what the problem was, explained what he thought was causing it and then performed the examination and showed me on video so I could also see. I like his view that surgery should be the last resort and my problems were solved through medication which was much better. Mr Khemani was also very good at explaining things without making me feel stupid! Thank you.

Mr Khemani oversaw the diagnosis and surgical treatment for a potentially sever condition affecting my 9 year old son’s middle ear. Throughout the whole period Mr Khemani’s willingness to explain the major issues clearly, and to listen and respond to my questions, was hugely reassuring. During my son’s surgery I was naturally anxious but his obvious dedication and enthusiasm for his work gave me such confidence in his abilities I was fully assured he was getting the best care. This exemplary practice has continued into the subsequent years of follow up care and for the first time in his life my son is now free of hearing/ENT issues. We are immensely grateful for receiving such excellent care.

Dr Khemani was superb – calm, confident, totally professional and reassuring. He has always taken all the time we needed to explain things to us, he was very gentle and calm with my daughter who was quite nervous about the procedure. I have suffered with my ears since I was a child and have had many procedures. As an adult with ongoing ear and facial pain coupled with dizziness, I was sent to the dentist, maxillo facial team and to other ENT specialists. Mr Khemani was the first consultant to do an in depth consultation, taking in all of my history, rather than simply looking at the current presenting problem. After a detailed MRI, Mr Khemani’s diagnosis of some of my problems stemming from my neck, were correct! Some physiotherapy has made a huge difference, something which was a complete surprise to me! The facial and ear pain which I experienced for some years as an adult making me thoroughly miserable, has been significantly reduced. Mr Khemani is forward thinking and very personable. I would have no hesitation in recommending him for both adults and children.

Having previously visited two private consultants who weren’t able to help me, I visited Mr Khemani at Dorking hospital and found him extremely knowledgeable on his subject matter. After just one consultation, the irritable cough that I’d had for many years was significantly improved and I cannot thank him enough. A follow up consultation was also organised, something I hadn’t had with the private consultations and we were able to discuss the success of the treatment.

Wonderful care and support from Mr Khemani when he removed my daughter’s tonsils and adenoids. Very reassuring at initial consultation, and kind and chatty with my daughter who was quite nervous. Excellent after care and advice. We recently asked his advice regarding my son’s hearing and ear wax build-up. He took the time to respond with a very helpful and lengthy email. We were accommodated very quickly when we decided to make an appointment to see him. He was brilliant with my 7 year old son and spoke to him very much on his level but without being patronising. I would not hesitate in recommending him.

My 5 year old daughter had to have her tonsils removed so we saw Mr Khemani who carried out the operation at Gatwick Park Hospital. The staff were great and were more than happy to help with anything we needed. Femi was our nurse and he looked after us very well. We were even able to contact him after we had left the hospital which we did several times. The surgery went very well under Mr Khemani and I would recommend him and his team at any time. The hospital was good and clean but there were offices in some of the unused patient rooms down from my daughters room, which I did not like. We were there all day and there were different staff walking back and forth all day. They were really set up for kids as they even had a battery powered car for them to drive to the theatre in. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Khemani, his team, Femi and the other nurses at the hospital.

We met Dr Khemani back in February last year with our son Charlie Price we can honestly say the care he has given our son has been amazing. He is very friendly and always listens to everything you say. He was and is very good with our son. What he has done for our son has been amazing. He also explains everything very thoroughly so we understand what is happening. He also makes you feel like he genuinely cares about what he does. We cannot fault Dr Khemani in anyway. EXCELLENT!, Mr Khemani in my opinion is one of the best I have seen. He really listened and cared for my daughter, and even though my daughters last appointment with him was last year, I have had a couple of questions recently regarding her medication. Mr Khemani on both occasions was super efficient and replied/answered my concerns within minutes. There is nothing I could suggest to improve on the care he provides, as it is second to none.

Mr Khemani was confident and clear in all of his discussions with me. I would completely recommend him and his method and explanation of diagnosis. He is also a very nice chap!

I was very pleased with my experience. Mr. Khemani was very easy to talk to and listened to my experiences. The treatment arranged was successful and has made a great difference to my daily life.

Mr Khemani did lots of tests to determine if I would benefit from an operation to correct otosclerosis. He explained why he needed the tests. Once he’d decided an operation would help me he discussed all the details with so I was fully aware of what to expect. The operation went well and the recovery has been exactly as he explained.
